Här får du de enkla recepten på min ORGANIC ALMOND MILK & MASK!
Dagen innan blötlägger du 2,5 dl. mandlar, på morgonen sköljer du av vattnet och mixar 1 liter vatten och en nypa salt i en blender.
När du mixat färdigt, lägger du en ren handduk i ett durkslag ( vilades på en skål) och silar mjölken – krama ur allt. Häll upp på ren flaska. Man kan söta den med lite av dadels ”gojs” ( dadlar i vatten över natten, som mixas ihop) eller agarvesirap.
Den nötmassa som så blir över blandar du med, en äggvita, saften från en halv citron, lite olivolja – Voilá – peeling mask till flera veckor!
Citron och äggvita är uppstramande och mandel innehåller stora mängder e- vitamin! E-vitamin gör huden elastisk och förebygger bl.a. rynkor och skyddar huden mot solens UV-strålar. Motverkar leverfläckar, ärrbildningar och har en läkande effekt på sår.
Peelingen är mjuk och skånsam och låt den sitta i ca. 10 min. – skölj av och ta en liten fuktig tvättlapp och torka av resten!
