Lig p\u00e5 maven henover bolden. St\u00f8t med b\u00e5de arme og ben.<\/p>\n<p>2. L\u00f8ft den ene arm og modsatte ben fri fra gulvet og op til vandret. Hold armen i en vinkel p\u00e5 45\u00b0 fra hovedet. Tommelfingeren skal pege opad. Undg\u00e5 at svaje i ryggen. Ryggen skal holdes i perfekt holdning.<\/p>\n<p>3. Hold denne position i 3 til 10 sekunder.\u2028\u20284. S\u00e6nk arm og ben samtidig med, at du l\u00f8fter modsatte arm og ben til samme stilling.\u2028\u2028Undg\u00e5 at b\u00f8je for meget i ryggen og hold hovedet i forl\u00e6ngelse af ryggen (tab det ikke og l\u00f8ft det ikke opad). For at g\u00f8re det endnu sv\u00e6rere kan du pr\u00f8ve at flyve som Superman uden at dine arme og ben r\u00f8rer gulvet i op til et minut.
