Under v\u00e5rt event i somras gjorde jag all mat och det har nu blivet ett litet recepth\u00e4fte, som jag kommer dela med till er av:-) Idag f\u00e5r ni mina tv\u00e5 \u00e4lsklingssallader, man kan anv\u00e4nda samma recept och bara byta ut &#8221;huvudgr\u00f6nsaken&#8221; till t.e.x r\u00f6dbetor, spetsk\u00e5l etc.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8543.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1981 alignnone\" alt=\"IMG_8543\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8543.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8543.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8543-300x229.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>K\u00e5lsallad med koriander, sesamfr\u00f6n och gojib\u00e4r<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Vitk\u00e5l \u2013 fint riven\/ snittad<br \/>\nEn kruka koriander (klipp fint)<br \/>\n1 dl goji b\u00e4r<br \/>\nRostade svarta och vita sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n(men d\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte helt Rawfood-<br \/>\nska man f\u00f6lja l\u00e4ran strikt s\u00e5 finns<br \/>\ndet att k\u00f6pa sesamsprinkels som<br \/>\nendast \u00e4r torkad i 42grader)<\/p>\n<p><i>Currydressing<\/i><\/p>\n<p>1 dl olivolja<br \/>\nSaft fr\u00e5n 1 citron<br \/>\n1-2 msk ekologisk majonn\u00e4s (med kallpressad olja)<br \/>\nGul curry<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nEvt. en nypa palmsocker eller 1 tsk honung<br \/>\nMixa ihop och blanda i alla ingredienser<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8542.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1980 alignnone\" alt=\"IMG_8542\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8542.jpg\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8542.jpg 427w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/files\/2014\/08\/IMG_8542-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Broccolisallad med fetaost och Graham Masala n\u00f6tter<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Sallad<\/i><br \/>\n1 Broccoli<br \/>\n3 dl. blandande n\u00f6tter, tex. sesamfr\u00f6, solros fr\u00f6, mandlar och pumpak\u00e4rnor<br \/>\n2 n\u00e4var solrosskott<\/p>\n<p>Fetaost g\u00e4rna &#8221;vitost&#8221;(s\u00e4ljs p\u00e5 konservburk i v\u00e4lsorterade matbutiker) fr\u00e5n Turkiet eller liknande<br \/>\nGraham Masala krydda<br \/>\nFlingsalt<\/p>\n<p><i>Dressing<\/i><br \/>\nolivolja ca. 1 dl<br \/>\nsaft fr\u00e5n 1\/2 citron<br \/>\nlite salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>Rosta n\u00f6tterna i en stekpanna eller i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader tillsammans med<br \/>\nGraham Masala kryddan och flingsalt. v\u00e4rm g\u00e4rna upp kryddorna i lite olivolja innan n\u00f6tterna l\u00e4ggs i.
