I helgen fick jag m\u00f6jlighet att delta p\u00e5 &#8221;Marstrand flyger&#8221; p\u00e5 B\u00e5tellet, Marstrand. Eventet som yogisarna Milla Floryd och Maria Ekman h\u00f6ll i var en grymt rolig workshop, d\u00e4r tyngdlagen g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att utforska v\u00e4rlden upp &#8211; och &#8211; ner!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man h\u00e4nger med huvudet ner\u00e5t, s\u00e5 skapar man l\u00e4ttare &#8221;plats&#8221; mellan ryggkotorna och kan h\u00e4nga ut ryggen p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt man aldrig kommer \u00e5t annars. Dessutom stimuleras b\u00e5de blodcirkulationen och venepumpar &#8211; och naturligtvis \u00e4ven ens lekfullhet! Vem minns inte alla de g\u00e5nger man h\u00e4ngt i kn\u00e4vecken p\u00e5 skolg\u00e5rden eller p\u00e5 vilket som helst r\u00e4cke&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Att v\u00e5ga lita p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv och\u00a0 att utmana sig i underliga st\u00e4llningar \u00e4r nyttigt och med denna smarta gunga v\u00e5gar man mer!
