Hon har sina utbildningar inom n\u00e4ringsterapi, holistisk teori samt en fil.mag i pedagogik med inriktning p\u00e5 faktorer som f\u00e5r en m\u00e4nniska att g\u00f6ra en positiv livsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Hon \u00e4r \u00e4ven utbildad kock med stor passion f\u00f6r mat med mening &#8211; och s\u00e5 \u00e4r hon urs\u00f6t dessutom! D\u00e4r luftas mattips och s\u00e4kra bakterie och svamp dr\u00e4pande recept, som hj\u00e4lper folk till b\u00e4ttre matkunskap i tight samarbete med Professor Stig Bengmark. Han \u00e4r f\u00f6re detta chefskirurg och klinikchef p\u00e5 Lunds universitet. Do 6 rounds of this breathing at each sitting, or until you feel<\/em><br \/>\n<em>comfortable by breathing in this posture. On an incoming breath through the nose, lift<\/em><br \/>\n<em> the buttocks off the heels, come up onto the knees and backbend<\/em><br \/>\n<em> with arms dangling to the sides without any conscious pressure or strain on<\/em><br \/>\n<em> the arms. Keep the eyes open to not fall over if you feel dizzy.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Sit down on the expelled breath through the nose.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dominique Lonchant har undervisat sin andningsteknik, \u201dThe Lonchant method\u201d, till tusentals elever, i \u00f6ver 30 \u00e5r.
