{"id":812,"date":"2013-07-15T20:34:15","date_gmt":"2013-07-15T20:34:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.wordpress.com\/?p=812"},"modified":"2013-07-15T20:34:15","modified_gmt":"2013-07-15T20:34:15","slug":"mina-chokladsmaskisar-utan-socker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lindamyrberg\/2013\/07\/15\/mina-chokladsmaskisar-utan-socker\/","title":{"rendered":"Mina chokladsmaskisar utan socker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aghhhh gottesugen och nyinspirerad av rawfood och inte- socker t\u00e4nket, gick jag ig\u00e5ng med att experimentera med det gamla goa 80- tals klassiskern- kokosbollen!!!!<br \/>\nJag hade bl\u00f6tlagt 5 dadlar, dem k\u00f6rde jag i en blender tillsammans med 2 n\u00e4var solrosk\u00e4rnor, 2 n\u00e4var rostade kokosflarn och en banan till en h\u00e4rlig gegga:-) Detta ersatte jag sockret med. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nAllts\u00e5 &#8211; blandade det tillsammans med 100 gr sm\u00f6r, 3 dl havregryn, 2 msk kallt kaffe och 2 msk kakao pulver.<br \/>\nRulla i kokosflingor och s\u00e4tt i kylen, s\u00e5 att de blir lite h\u00e5rda.
