Mmmmm&#8230; s\u00e5 fr\u00e4sht!<br \/>\n<\/b><\/b><\/b><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_08801.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image\" id=\"i-897\" alt=\"Bild\" src=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_08801.jpg?w=487\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><b>Raw food by E<b>rica<\/b><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lasagne med krispig vitk\u00e5lssallad<b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p>4 portioner<\/p>\n<p>2 stora zucchini<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00f6r\u00f6ra:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 dl pumpak\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>3 dl solrosk\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd\u20131 msk paprikapulver<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk chilipulver<\/p>\n<p>1 msk rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd msk citronjuice<\/p>\n<p>en nypa salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomats\u00e5s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 tomater<\/p>\n<p>12 soltorkade tomater, bl\u00f6tlagda<\/p>\n<p>4 tsk franska \u00f6rter<\/p>\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n<p>1 stor avokado eller 2 sm\u00e5<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitk\u00e5lssallad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\u20442 vitk\u00e5lshuvud<br \/>\n1 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n1 msk olivolja<br \/>\ntv\u00e5\u2013tre varv med svartpepparkvarnen<br \/>\nen nypa salt<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r \u201dlasagneplattor\u201d av zucchinin genom att hyvla den med en osthyvel.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r pumpak\u00e4rnor och solrosk\u00e4rnor i matberedaren till de \u00e4r grovhackade. Tills\u00e4tt kryddor, rapsolja, citron och salt och k\u00f6r igen tills allt blandat sig. Smaka av.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa tomater och soltorkade tomater till en s\u00e5s i mixern.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ut zucchiniplattor i en form s\u00e5 att de t\u00e4cker botten. Bred \u00f6ver tomats\u00e5s och \u201dost\u201d. Upprepa och avsluta med ett lager zucchini. Sk\u00e4r avokadon i skivor och toppa med den.<\/p>\n<p>Strimla vitk\u00e5len fint och massera den sedan med \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger, olja och salt. Krydda med svartpeppar.
