Testosteronet n\u00e4stan droppar fr\u00e5n taket &#8211; som tur \u00e4r luktar det faktiskt inte s\u00e5 mycket svett som jag befarat, utan det k\u00e4nns totalt autentiskt och r\u00e5tt, h\u00e4rligt befriande och fokuserande p\u00e5 \u00c9N sak! Tr\u00e4na crossfit!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/11\/img_1547.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-993\" alt=\"IMG_1547\" src=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/11\/img_1547.jpg?w=300\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ok,det b\u00f6rjade med en kisspaus direkt eftersom hoppa hopprep \u00e4r inte min b\u00e4ckenbottens stora hit&#8230; Uppv\u00e4rmingen gick bra, mycket djurtema, bj\u00f6rng\u00e5ng, giraff lounges etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/11\/img_1552.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-989\" alt=\"IMG_1552\" src=\"http:\/\/wellbeing4lifeblog.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/11\/img_1552.jpg?w=300\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter b\u00f6rjade the WOD og la jag ut h\u00e5rt med l\u00f6pning i 2 minuter, som tr\u00f6ttade ut mig totalt. Ingen bra taktik&#8230; sen k\u00f6rde vi en serie i 12 minuter och jag var n\u00e4ra d\u00f6den flera g\u00e5nger.. t\u00e4nkte be om syrgas, luktsnus eller vad som helst f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng denna tr\u00f6tta kropp. V\u00e5ldsamt irriterad p\u00e5 den halva flaskan vin fr\u00e5n ig\u00e5r som nu f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna sig!
