Keso (ca 100 g), 0,75 msk fiberhusk och lite salt<\/em>, kan du f\u00e5 ihop en superfin lunch \u00e4ven f\u00f6r dig som inte \u00e4r ett superfan av keso (som mig, typ! \u00c4ter inte keso annars.) I med lite kokosfett i pannan och stek, p\u00e5 med lite ost och skinka\/kalkon och lunchen \u00e4r klar.
