R\u00e5kade somna klockan 20. Sov till 21, k\u00e4mpade igen men gav upp klockan 23. K\u00e4nde att jag var hungrig, s\u00e5 gick upp och gjorde mig en Ceasar-sallad. Ja, s\u00e5d\u00e4r mitt i natten. Fullt friskt! Lade mig igen vid 1, och sov sammanlagt 3 timmar sedan dess. <strong>Jag l\u00e5g allts\u00e5 i s\u00e4ngen i 16 timmar varav 3 sov jag.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00f6tta mig.<\/p>\n<p>Tror min kropp beh\u00f6ver bli s\u00e5d\u00e4r riktigt fysiskt tr\u00f6tt, s\u00e5 att mina tankar inte kan vandra iv\u00e4g utan bara \u00e4r fokuserade p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 sova. Har ju knappt tr\u00e4nat sedan 6-veckors perioden vart \u00f6ver i s\u00f6ndags, s\u00e5 kroppen s\u00e4ger v\u00e4l ifr\u00e5n. S\u00e5 idag b\u00f6rjade jag med en promenad p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet! Ska alldeles strax g\u00f6ra lite frukost och sedan hoppa in i duschen! Fortfarande oklart hur kv\u00e4llen ser ut, men det jag vet \u00e4r att jag ska njuta med \u00e4lskling med en god middag framf\u00f6r TVn nu n\u00e4r han \u00e4ntligen \u00e4r ledig en kv\u00e4ll.
