Som chokladbollar, till exempel?<em> &#8221;Men nej, det f\u00e5r jag ju inte, jag som ska \u00e4ta nyttigt..&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; JOHO! f\u00f6r vet du? \u00c4r du den som \u00e4ter mer fett och mindre kolhydrater, \u00e4r mina chokladbollar absolut n\u00e5gonting som du kan \u00e4ta n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger i veckan om du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r det. Du beh\u00f6ver inte inhandla dadlar och proteinpulver och allt det d\u00e4r som de flesta h\u00e4lsom\u00e4nniskor tipsar om. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara s\u00e5 komplicerat.<\/p>\n<p>Vanligtvis inneh\u00e5ller chokladbollar:<br \/>\n&#8211; kakao<br \/>\n&#8211; socker<br \/>\n&#8211; vaniljsocker<br \/>\n&#8211; kaffe<br \/>\n&#8211; havregryn<br \/>\n&#8211; sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Hur g\u00f6r man det nyttigare, d\u00e5? Precis som ovan! Fast de enda skillnaderna \u00e4r att du bytar ut sockret mot sukrin eller stevia, och vaniljsockret mot vaniljpulver. Voil\u00e1! Kolhydratsn\u00e5lt och ett absolut b\u00e4ttre alternativ. Gott \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 och en h\u00e5rfin skillnad fr\u00e5n de vanliga smakm\u00e4ssigt!! Sedan g\u00e5r det utm\u00e4rkt att rulla de i kokos. Jag brukar dock inte kunna h\u00e5lla mig utan \u00e4ter direkt ur sk\u00e5len, haha.. Men jag tycker halva grejen med att baka \u00e4r att f\u00e5 \u00e4ta av smeten. Det \u00e4r ju liksom lite utav det b\u00e4sta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Helt klart v\u00e4rt att prova, eller hur?
