Jag k&auml;nde redan innan jag gav mig ut att jag inte hade n&aring;gon energi &ouml;ver huvudtaget.. Benen var j&auml;ttetr&ouml;tta (kan iof bero p&aring; att jag sprungit\/powerwalkat varje dag i typ en vecka)..<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Hur som helst s&aring; sl&auml;pade jag mig runt den &#8221;korta rundan&#8221; allts&aring; ca 6-7 km, och k&auml;nde mig riktigt n&ouml;jd n&auml;r jag inte gav upp.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Lovade mig sj&auml;lv efter g&aring;rdagens pass att benen skulle f&aring; vila idag&#8230;.. k&auml;nns inte lika sj&auml;lvklart idag.. hehe..<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>N&auml;&auml;, skr&auml;pning! Man m&aring;ste vila ocks&aring;!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Kanske k&ouml;r ett pass p&aring; gymmet idag ist.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Nu till n&aring;got helt annat!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>From idag och 21 dagar framm&aring;t ska jag och Jenny k&ouml;ra ig&aring;ng med en detoxkur. Det &auml;r den &aring;rliga &#8221;v&aring;rst&auml;dningen&#8221; av min kropp som ska &auml;ga rum, vilket inneb&auml;r att jag ABSOLUT INTE f&aring;r &auml;ta n&aring;gra s&ouml;tsaker..
