Kan verkligen rekomendera den om man vill ha lite hj&auml;lp att h&aring;lla koll p&aring; maten och kalorierna. Man kan &auml;ven l&auml;gga in tr&auml;ningspassen, f&ouml;ra diagram och dagbok osv. Skitbra!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Jag har k&ouml;rt med appen i 4 dagar nu. De dagar jag tr&auml;nar har jag skitsv&aring;rt att n&aring; upp till mitt dagliga kalorim&aring;l (om jag inte &auml;ter godis s&aring;klart, men det ska jag ju f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka undvika), de dagar jag vilar &auml;r det ist sv&aring;rt att h&aring;lla kalorim&aring;let..<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Jag har st&auml;llt in den p&aring; att jag vill g&aring; ner ca 1 kg\/vecka, varp&aring; den r&auml;knade ut att jag skulle ha ett dagsbehov p&aring; 1060 kcal. L&auml;gger man in tr&auml;ningspass s&aring; drar den av ytterligare f&ouml;r kaloriunderskottet.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Enda dagen jag misslyckats var onsdagen n&auml;r jag vilade + att det bj&ouml;ds p&aring; t&aring;rta p&aring; jobbet&#8230;. hurm&#8230; vad skulle jag g&ouml;ra d&aring;?
