Fortfarande lite m&ouml;r i kroppen efter dagens tr&auml;ningspass; terr&auml;ngl&ouml;pning 1 h. Hade s&aring;n galen energi imorse! Kunde h&aring;lla ett grymt bra tempo hela rundan, supersk&ouml;nt.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Efter&aring;t k&auml;nde jag mig dock totalt utslagen! Hahaha!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Har slipat lite p&aring; mitt CV mm, dags f&ouml;r mig att s&ouml;ka ny tj&auml;nst p&aring; jobbet. :o)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Ig&aring;r blev det 90 min powerwalk runt Brunnsviken, ett kundbes&ouml;k samt lite relax innan det var dags att jobba. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>I matv&auml;g blev det:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Frukost: 2 kn&auml;ckebr&ouml;d med minikeso och skivad tomat 168 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Lunch: Havregr&ouml;t med &frac12; banan och mj&ouml;lk 220 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Mellis: p&auml;ron 80 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Middag: Lax med kokta gr&ouml;nsaker 355 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Mellis: banan 116 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Kv&auml;llsm&aring;l: 2 kn&auml;ckebr&ouml;d med minikeso och skivad tomat 168 kcal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #cc00cc;\"><strong>Detoxen g&aring;r ocks&aring; bra!
