Jag testade Iron Marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Iron Marathon g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att man \u00f6kar med 1 rep varje set, och b\u00f6rjar fr\u00e5n 1. Man kan forts\u00e4tta upp till 20 set men jag klarade endast upp till 14 sen var jag d\u00f6d. Jag t\u00e4nkte att det vore kul att testa samma challenge nu snart igen efter ett \u00e5r och se om det blivit n\u00e5gon skillnad. Den h\u00e4r typen av tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r mest uth\u00e5llighetstr\u00e4ning, men eftersom jag k\u00f6rt betydligt h\u00f6gre volym under detta \u00e5r borde jag kanske blivit lite mer uth\u00e5llig ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Eftersom jag filmade s\u00e5 vet jag \u00e4ven att jag anv\u00e4nde 13,5 kilos hantlar, vilket \u00e4r extremt l\u00e4tt vikt egentligen men med den h\u00e4r typen av uth\u00e5llighet\/volymtr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 spelar det knappt roll vilken vikt du anv\u00e4nder.
