En pizza full av bra protein, en del nyttiga fetter och v\u00e4ldig l\u00e5g p\u00e5 kolhydrater \u00e4r helt enkelt som en dr\u00f6m. Perfekt att \u00e4ta till frukost, kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5l, eller ja, n\u00e4rsomhelst egentligen!<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6vs:<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>50g Skinka\/kalkon &#8211; Jag anv\u00e4nde mig av enkel p\u00e5l\u00e4ggskalkon f\u00f6r enkelhetens skull<\/p>\n<p>Tomats\u00e5s &#8211; Jag anv\u00e4nde mig av stark chilis\u00e5s, men tacos\u00e5s och liknande g\u00e5r lika bra.<\/p>\n<p>40g mozarella ost<\/p>\n<p>Kryddor: Oregano, svartpeppar, chili.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it!<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp en stekpanna p\u00e5 mellanh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme (inte f\u00f6r h\u00f6gt d\u00e5 det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att br\u00e4nna pizzan d\u00e5) och h\u00e4ll i de 4 \u00e4ggen. V\u00e4nta n\u00e5gon minut till det har b\u00f6rjat blivit tillagat och stelnat lite.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r det har stelnat lite s\u00e5 kan du l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 all fyllning. F\u00f6rst h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 den tomats\u00e5s du vill anv\u00e4nda.
