Man f\u00e5r i sig s\u00e5 mycket nyttigt\u00a0i ett och samma glas\u00a0och gott \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5. Nedan \u00e4r de senaste: Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssmoothien \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 en gener\u00f6s m\u00e4ngd bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, drygt en hel frusen banan och apelsinjuice. \u00c4ven lite lite flytande honung som pricken \u00f6ver i:et. Mangosmoothien inneh\u00e5ller en f\u00e4rsk mango, frusen banan och apelsinjuice. Toppad med en bl\u00e5b\u00e4r\/apelsinjuice\/gojib\u00e4r\/linfr\u00f6blandning som en extra boost av godsaker. Prova, s\u00e5 v\u00e4rt!<\/p>\n<p>Varit en r\u00e4tt intensiv helg hittils. Idag och dagarna fram\u00f6ver ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ta det lugnt och plugga k\u00f6rkort, inte det l\u00e4ttaste n\u00e4r tidigare veckor varit fullproppade med saker att g\u00f6ra men ska ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k. P\u00e5 onsdag b\u00f6rjar skolan igen. Hur sjukt \u00e4r inte det? Ska i och f\u00f6r sig bli skitkul att tr\u00e4ffa klassen igen och b\u00f6rja alla nya kurser.
