Men sluta ALDRIG att \u00e4ta, f\u00f6r det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att kroppen skall m\u00e5 bra!<br \/>\n3. <strong>\u00c4t mycket gr\u00f6nsaker till dina m\u00e5l.<\/strong> Gr\u00f6nsaker inneh\u00e5ller v\u00e4ldigt nyttiga proteiner, som \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt viktiga att f\u00e5 i sig. Det \u00e4r enkelt att g\u00f6ra och beh\u00f6ver inte alls kosta en stor summa!<br \/>\n4. <strong>Tr\u00e4na och gymma! <\/strong>Tr\u00e4na och gymma f\u00f6r att komma i form. Att tr\u00e4na\/gymma hj\u00e4lper dig att bygga upp muskler men det g\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 att din kropp blir mer stabilare.<br \/>\n5. <strong>G\u00f6r \u00f6vningar innan l\u00e4ggdags. <\/strong>Att g\u00f6ra \u00f6vningar, som till exempel\u00a0situps och squats innan l\u00e4ggdags, \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt bra att g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r det hj\u00e4lper kroppen att bygga muskler och komma i form.
