Det var riktigt sk\u00f6nt att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen f\u00f6r det var s\u00e5 lite folk d\u00e4r och ingen verkade stressad. Kan nog bli m\u00e5nga kv\u00e4llstr\u00e4ningar fram\u00f6ver tror jag. Ett bra pass rent allm\u00e4nt ocks\u00e5, det \u00e4r kul att tr\u00e4na med Helena f\u00f6r vi \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r lika starka (svaga?).
