Smoothien best\u00e5 av 1 dl hallon, 1 dl vaniljyoghurt, 1 dl mj\u00f6lk och 1 msk vetekli, toppat med kokos. Riktigt gott kan jag lova! \ud83d\ude00 Har f\u00f6rresten b\u00f6rjat \u00e4ta kosttillskottet Silicea som ska g\u00f6r att man f\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre h\u00e5r, hud och naglar. Ingen aning om det funkar men kan vara v\u00e4rt ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k.
