Sprang f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull utan vovven vilket gjorde att jag kunde h\u00f6ja tempot lite, f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte h\u00e5lla mig under 6 min\/km men de 2 sista kilometerna var i princip bara backar haha -s\u00e5 det sket sig. Men jag \u00e4r n\u00f6jd \u00e4nd\u00e5! Det var n\u00e5gra veckor sedan jag sprang (f\u00f6rutom som uppv\u00e4rmning p\u00e5 gymmet) men nu ska jag springa minst 2 ggr\/veckan med tanke p\u00e5 att G\u00f6teborgsvarvet n\u00e4rmar sig.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag kom hem k\u00f6rde jag styrke\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r rumpan med min tr\u00e4nings-app s\u00e5 jag kan garantera att jag kommer f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk.
