Tindra beh\u00f6vde rastas s\u00e5 jag tog med henne men hon var inte s\u00e5 taggad p\u00e5 att springa s\u00e5 det blev en ganska l\u00e5ngsam runda.\u00a0Idag sprang jag 4.5 km p\u00e5 samma tid som jag sprang 6 km i tisdags, kan det bero p\u00e5 att jag hade hunden med mig idag och inte d\u00e5? \ud83d\ude09 V\u00e4ldigt frustrerande haha, men det var sk\u00f6nt att springa \u00e4nd\u00e5 och\u00a0n\u00e4r jag kom hem hade jag mycket energi kvar till att k\u00f6ra styrka.
