Dagens tr\u00e4ning har allts\u00e5 best\u00e5tt av 1 mil p\u00e5 cykel, 3.5 km l\u00f6pning och styrketr\u00e4ning. 20 armh\u00e4vningar, 40 situps, 40 squats och plankan i typ en minut hann jag med medan vovven st\u00f6rde mig med att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka slicka hela mitt ansikte och jucka mot min rygg&#8230; Normal hund. -_-<\/p>\n<p>Jag har ju inte kunnat tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra veckor s\u00e5 fick bli en kort l\u00f6ptur men det k\u00e4ndes riktigt bra! \ud83d\ude00 F\u00f6rutom att f\u00f6rkylningen sitter kvar och jag hade lite mindre andningsproblem pga av snuva haha&#8230; Jag har i alla fall bara 27 dagar p\u00e5 mig att bli snabbare och starkare s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r det bara att k\u00f6tta p\u00e5!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"irc_mi\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/coachstevo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/No-Excuses.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>PUSS \u2665<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag firade att jag blivit antagen till GMU med en l\u00f6prunda innan middagen!
