Jag och mamma tog bilen till skogen vid 9-tiden och vovven fick f\u00f6lja med. Jag sprang intervaller med 1.2 km x 3 och k\u00f6rde styrka d\u00e4remellan p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra hj\u00e4lpmedel som finns bredvid slingan.\u00a0Jag \u00e4r riktigt n\u00f6jd med min motivation och tr\u00e4ning denna veckan d\u00e5 jag trots att jag jobbat 48 h, \u00e4nd\u00e5 har tr\u00e4nat en hel del.
