S\u00e5 en stor tummen upp f\u00f6r dom!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6kte v\u00e4rma upp med lite l\u00f6pning men har troligtvis f\u00e5tt benhinneinflammation p\u00e5 v\u00e4nster ben s\u00e5 efter 1 km gjorde det alldeles f\u00f6r ont f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta. \ud83d\ude41 Blev dock ett riktigt sk\u00f6nt pass f\u00f6r biceps\/triceps och axlarna. K\u00f6rde ett g\u00e4ng armh\u00e4vningar p\u00e5 en medicinboll p\u00e5 slutet ocks\u00e5, vilket gav en hyfsad tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i br\u00f6stmusklerna n\u00e5n dag senare haha. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u00e4llen avslutade jag med att baka lite nya proteinbars d\u00e5 den f\u00f6rra satsen tog slut ganska fort haha&#8230; (a) det var n\u00e5gra som fr\u00e5gade efter receptet s\u00e5 h\u00e4r kommer det!
