S\u00e5 hela min f\u00f6rmiddag gick \u00e5t till att st\u00e4da verkstaden ordentligt! Efter lunch lasts\u00e4krade jag en container och \u00e5kte lite \u00e4renden innan jag till slut avslutade dagen med ett pass p\u00e5 gymmet. Ben och rumpa tr\u00e4nade jag idag i ett n\u00e4stan tomt gym vilket ju alltid \u00e4r extra sk\u00f6nt! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Under passet s\u00e5 testade jag att dricka <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessguru.com\/sv\/one-amino#apple\" target=\"_blank\">OneAmino<\/a> fr\u00e5n Fitnessguru med smak av \u00e4pple.
