Jag har b\u00f6rjat f\u00e5 en rej\u00e4l tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk fr\u00e5n mitt benpass ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4rmde upp sprang jag 1 km p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet f\u00f6rst f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka mjuka upp musklerna lite&#8230; Men tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken blir bara v\u00e4rre och v\u00e4rre haha!<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6rde sedan ett pass f\u00f6r biceps, triceps och ryggen som k\u00e4ndes riktigt bra. Och det var dessutom s\u00e5 pass kul att jag egentligen ville g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra \u00f6vningar till men armarna var alldeles f\u00f6r tr\u00f6tta och skakade f\u00f6r mycket hehe&#8230; s\u00e5 ins\u00e5g att det nog var dags att avsluta! \ud83d\ude00 Efter halva passet tr\u00f6ttnade jag p\u00e5 att jag h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 s\u00e5na d\u00e4r f\u00f6rh\u00e5rdnader p\u00e5 h\u00e4nderna fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen&#8230; s\u00e5 jag gick in i omkl\u00e4dningsrummet och skar av fingertopparna p\u00e5 mina arbetshandskar haha. Lagom snyggt men b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n inget! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Efter att ha varit hemma en stund och hunnit \u00e4ta och duscha s\u00e5 kom Adam och h\u00e4mtade mig och mitt massagebord d\u00e5 Catha hade ont i ryggen.
