{"id":8369,"date":"2015-05-14T21:16:30","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T19:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lovisaulrika\/?p=8369"},"modified":"2015-05-14T21:16:30","modified_gmt":"2015-05-14T19:16:30","slug":"aktiv-vila-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/lovisaulrika\/2015\/05\/14\/aktiv-vila-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Aktiv vila!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Efter en god frukost best\u00e5ende av pannkakor och hallonsylt (haft cravings efter det ett tag nu haha) s\u00e5 stack jag ut p\u00e5 l\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5ng powerwalk. 1 timme och 40 minuter och ca 11 kilometer senare var jag dyngsur och hade skavs\u00e5r p\u00e5 b\u00e5da h\u00e4larna haha&#8230; Men det var \u00e4nd\u00e5 en uppfriskande promenad och perfekt som &#8221;<em>aktiv vila<\/em>&#8221; d\u00e5 jag har alldeles f\u00f6r mycket tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk f\u00f6r att kunna tr\u00e4na idag!<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 det har regnat hela dagen s\u00e5 har jag och Simon spenderat resten av dagen inomhus, kollat serier, surfat runt och myst!
