Sen hade b\u00e5de jag och Simon en v\u00e4ldigt lugn dag h\u00e4r hemma. Fram\u00e5t kv\u00e4llen promenerade vi dock bort till jobbet och gymmet f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na en stund. Det har inte blivit mycket tr\u00e4ning i Halmstad f\u00f6r min del s\u00e5 det var ett extra sk\u00f6nt gympass. Jag tr\u00e4nade ben och mage o k\u00e4nner jag mig sj\u00e4lv r\u00e4tt kommer detta k\u00e4nnas rej\u00e4lt p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag, men redan nu har jag ganska rej\u00e4l tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i magen! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Jag testade dessutom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessguru.com\/sv\" target=\"_blank\">Fitnessgurus<\/a> nya <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessguru.com\/sv\/one-pwo#cola\" target=\"_blank\">pre-workout<\/a> innan passet s\u00e5 jag hade massor med extra energi haha. F\u00f6rutom att jag blev piggare s\u00e5 gav den\u00a0 ett j\u00e4tteh\u00e4rligt &#8221;fokus&#8221; under hela passet!
