S\u00e5 i m\u00e5ndags s\u00e5 blev det att stanna kvar i skolan f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 skolans gym i en timme d\u00e5 det b\u00e5de blev kondition och styrka. K\u00e4ndes verkligen d\u00e5 hur otr\u00e4nad man \u00e4r, men det ska det bli \u00e4ndring p\u00e5. Sen idag blev det ocks\u00e5 att jag har b\u00f6rjat med tre olika challange, f\u00f6r jag tycker s\u00e5nt \u00e4r kul och man blir lite tr\u00e4nad av s\u00e5nt med.
