P&aring; min mobil har jag en app som heter shape up, d&auml;r l&auml;gger jag upp vad jag &auml;ter och hur mycket jag &auml;ter av allt. Det kan vara ganska sv&aring;rt att veta exakt hur m&aring;nga gram eller ml man &auml;ter utav vissa saker men d&aring; f&aring;r man t&auml;nka logiskt. Sen finns det &auml;ven enkla matr&auml;tter t.e.x har jag &auml;tit en banan d&aring; st&aring;r det en hel banan 116 kalorier, s&aring; tack och lov beh&ouml;ver man inte r&auml;kna ut allt i gram osv.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><em><br \/><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><em>Det &auml;r 6 olika steg f&ouml;r maten, Frukost, Tidigt Mellanm&aring;l, Lunch, Eftermiddags Mellanm&aring;l ,Middag och &Ouml;vrigt. D&aring; l&auml;gger man upp vad man &auml;ter till frukost s&aring; plussar de alla kalorier, sen vidare till tidigt mellanm&aring;l osv. Det som &auml;r positivt med ShapeUp &auml;r att man ser hur mycket protein, kolhydrater och fett man f&aring;r i sig.<br \/><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><em><br \/><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><em>Sen kan man sj&auml;lvklart plussa den tr&auml;ningen man har gjort under dagen p&aring; en symbol som heter l&auml;gg till tr&auml;ning. d&auml;r har det med olika &ouml;vningar som t.e.x dans, crosstrainer, l&ouml;pband, fotboll, fria vikter osv. S&aring; om jag har dansat zumba i 60 minuter trycker jag bara p&aring; l&auml;gg till dans 60 min. S&aring; simpelt.
