Sitter och &auml;ter en varma koppen Jordgubb\/Vanlij saftsoppa mumma! Och sj&auml;lvklart ett stort glas citron vatten. Annars p&aring; morgonen brukar jag &auml;ta mycket mer protein rik mat, gr&ouml;t, &auml;gg osv. Men hade inte tiden att g&ouml;ra det just nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">S&aring; vad ska ja g&ouml;ra idag n&auml;r jag &auml;r ledig? Om drygt 1 timma ska jag bege mig till gymmet f&ouml;r att dansa zumba och k&ouml;ra lite styrketr&auml;ning. &Auml;lskar att tr&auml;na p&aring; morgonen d&aring; har man hela dagen till annat.
