K\u00f6r 6 dagar tr\u00e4ning, varav 5 p\u00e5 gymmet, en dag\u00a0bara l\u00e5ngpromenad och 7:e dagen helvila.<br \/>\nMitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att ha g\u00e5tt ner 6 kg tills den 1 Maj samt f\u00e5 lite synliga muskler, tycker de \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 fiiiint:)<br \/>\n\u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 st\u00e5r v\u00e5gen still:( men f\u00e5r hoppas den kommer ig\u00e5ng snart. Har sk\u00e4rt ner p\u00e5 kolhydraterna, men f\u00f6ljer ej n\u00e5n speciell diet utan f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00e4ta nyttigt bara.<br \/>\nEftersom min mage m\u00e5r d\u00e5ligt av pasta, potatis, ris mm s\u00e5 \u00e4r de inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att ge upp de heller:) och \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge g\u00e5r de v\u00e4ldigt bra.<\/p>\n<p>Unnar mig godis en dag i veckan, fredag eller l\u00f6rdag.
