Ingen skillnad n\u00e5gonstans, -0.5 cm yeeeey! eller s\u00e5 inte, k\u00e4nns helt meningsl\u00f6st att g\u00e5 halvhungrig hela dagarna och ingen bel\u00f6ning f\u00f6r de, har r\u00e4knat mina kalorier typ fyra dagar denna vecka och de har legat p\u00e5 runt 1500 kcal per dag. Vad g\u00f6r jag f\u00f6r fel. och att jag tr\u00e4nar varje dag borde ju g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gonting ocks\u00e5! :'( deppig som fan idag&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ste vila fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ning idag igen. De k\u00e4nns ju ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt bra n\u00e4r man k\u00e4nner sig som en bl\u00e5val. Vaknade och var j\u00e4tte tung i huvudet och halsen helt svullen:( v\u00e4rre \u00e4n ig\u00e5r allts\u00e5, k\u00e4nner en l\u00e4tt feber komma smygande ocks\u00e5..
