Var v\u00e4ldigt orolig att de skulle vara noll skillnad denna vecka men minus ett kilo sen f\u00f6rra veckan. Inte s\u00e5 betydande men p\u00e5 en vecka \u00e4r de ju bra!<br \/>\nM\u00e5tten var roligare &#8211; 5cm denna vecka p\u00e5 hela kroppen wiiiie Fettvalkarna har nu minskat 2.5 cm (1.5cm denna vecka) s\u00e5 de b\u00f6rjar r\u00f6ra sig! Plus att d\u00e4r sitter som inga muskler som \u00e4r s\u00e5 betydande att de \u00e4ndrar cm:) <\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4remot \u00e4r jag ju lite r\u00e4dd att p\u00e5 andra st\u00e4llen s\u00e5 \u00e4r de bara musklerna som pyst ut eftersom jag inte tr\u00e4nat p\u00e5 en vecka. Men f\u00e5r hoppas att de inte \u00e4r s\u00e5! Ska inte vara pessimistisk heller s\u00e5 den h\u00e4r veckan unnar jag mig dessa centimeter och hoppas p\u00e5 lika m\u00e5nga till n\u00e4sta vecka! N\u00f6jd \u00e4r jag!<\/p>\n<p>Vad ska man hitta p\u00e5 idag d\u00e5, v\u00e5gar mig inte p\u00e5 gymmet idag heller, fortfarande f\u00f6rkyld och ont i halsen plus att de \u00e4r ju 2000 minus ute s\u00e5 promenad kommer inte p\u00e5 fr\u00e5ga de n\u00e4rmaste timmarna iallafall.
