Att starta dagen med denna shot g\u00f6r en stor skillnad f\u00f6r mig d\u00e5 jag piggnar till snabbt som tusan och energin b\u00f6rjar sprudla och h\u00e5ller i sig hela dagen. Den har ocks\u00e5 gjort stor skillnad f\u00f6r min mage, hj\u00e4lpt mot b\u00e5de uppsv\u00e4lldhet och aptit.<br \/>\nSpirulina badet \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag g\u00f6r n\u00e5gon till n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger i m\u00e5naden, lukten \u00e4r ju inte speciellt h\u00e4rlig men man kan tills\u00e4tta lite eterisk olja s\u00e5 blir det lite b\u00e4ttre.
