Har ju rasat i vikt sedan b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 april. Men nu m\u00e4rker jag att jag g\u00e5r inte ner lika fort som f\u00f6rut. Jag st\u00e5r inte still men det k\u00e4nns s\u00e5=(. \u00c4ntligen s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar min vikt p\u00e5 57. S\u00e5 lite v\u00e4gde jag inte ens innan jag fick mina barn. Har l\u00e4st p\u00e5 internet om &#8221;\u00e4tar dagar&#8221; kanske man borde pr\u00f6va en s\u00e5dan i veckan f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en skjuts p\u00e5 f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen. Man kan ju \u00e4ta nyttigt \u00e4n d\u00e5 dom dagarna fast lite mer. Snart f\u00e5r jag b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta j\u00e4mnviktstallriken och d\u00e5 f\u00e5r man \u00e4ta 150 gram protein.
