N\u00e4r du kommer hem kanske du g\u00e5r och sm\u00e5\u00e4ter eller tar ett mellanm\u00e5l..Jag har n\u00e5gra j\u00e4tte goda smoothies som ni kan testa efter skolan \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">Hallon smoothie:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">* 1 banan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">*2 dl hallon,frysta eller f\u00e4rska spelar ingen roll<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">*2 dl \u00e4ppeljuice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">*valfrian\u00f6tter (men jag tycker det inte \u00e4r gott med n\u00f6tter,du v\u00e4ljer sj\u00e4lv)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">G\u00f6rs\u00e5h\u00e4r: Dela bananen i lite mindre delar och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver i mixen,tills\u00e4tt hallon och \u00e4ppeljuice och mixa det. Sen h\u00e4ller du i dina n\u00f6tter och r\u00f6r runt lite med en sked. h\u00e4ll upp allt i ett glas och vips s\u00e5 har du en god hallon smoothie \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Jordgubbs smoothie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">*1 citron<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">*ca 5 jordgubbar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">*1 banan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">*1\u00bd dl yoghurt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:Citronen delar du p\u00e5 mitten och pressar ur all saft.
