Har nyss \u00e4tit frukost, proppat i mig frukt eftersom de inneh\u00e5ller C-vitamin som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r immunf\u00f6rsvaret och under dagen ska jag bara ta det lugnt och dricka mycket vatten f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rkortar ocks\u00e5 sjukprocessen.
