Jag tycker verkligen det ger en energi kick! Och s\u00e5klart finns det en biologisk f\u00f6rklaring till detta med eftersom undertiden man tr\u00e4nar s\u00e4nder kroppen ut endorfiner vilket \u00e4r som kroppens eget lyckopiller , sj\u00e4lva ordet betyder inre morfin.
