Det marknadsf\u00f6rs som n\u00e5got av en mirakelmetod, eftersom man ska kunna f\u00e5 ut mer av tr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5 kortare tid. Vissa forskare menar till och med att man kan halvera tiden p\u00e5 gymmet. <\/p>\n<p>Jag har i princip helt g\u00e5tt \u00f6ver till att tr\u00e4na i intervaller nu, och tycker faktiskt att det k\u00e4nns mer effektivt \u00e4n n\u00e4r man konditionstr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 en j\u00e4mn niv\u00e5 hela tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6r 4 minuter h\u00f6gintensiv konditionstr\u00e4ning (t ex trappmaskin p\u00e5 niv\u00e5 10), sen 3 minuter l\u00e5gintensiv (niv\u00e5 5) och sen b\u00f6rjar jag om igen. Det som \u00e4r s\u00e5 bra \u00e4r att man &#8221;v\u00e5gar&#8221; ta ut sig mer under de h\u00f6gintensiva intervallerna, eftersom man vet att man f\u00e5r vila lite efter n\u00e5gra minuter. Allts\u00e5 komme rman upp i en betydligt h\u00f6gre puls.<\/p>\n<p>Om jag f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nner mer vet jag inte.
