Tills det blir f&ouml;r varmt f&ouml;r att jag ska orka t&auml;nka &ouml;verhuvudtaget &#8212; och det &auml;r n&auml;stan &auml;nnu b&auml;ttre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Innan mitt bastumaraton k&ouml;rde jag lite styrka och kondition p&aring; <strong>Balance<\/strong>. F&ouml;rra veckan lyckades jag, efter n&aring;gra veckors bristf&auml;llig tr&auml;ning, pallra mig iv&auml;g till gymmet fyra g&aring;nger. Den h&auml;r veckan siktar jag p&aring; minst tre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Och nu n&aring;got betydligt mindre roligt: betala m&aring;nadens r&auml;kningar.
