Och har kommit fram till att det nog beror p\u00e5 att jag tr\u00e4nar typ samma sak i samma ordning varje g\u00e5ng. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\">L\u00f6sningen: jag m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja g\u00e5 p\u00e5 lite mer pass. <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Mix it up.<\/span> Vara otrogen mot min invanda tr\u00e4ningsrutin. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\">Pass ger mig lite panik. Det \u00e4r det d\u00e4r med att vara inst\u00e4ngd i ett rum i 60-90 minuter d\u00e4r n\u00e5gon hela tiden ger en order. K\u00e4nns s\u00e5 himla<span style=\"font-style: italic;\"> jawohl mein f\u00fchrer<\/span>.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><br style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\">Men nu har jag gjort det \u00e4nd\u00e5. Bokat in mig p\u00e5 ett 75-minuters yogapass p\u00e5 <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SATS<\/span> ikv\u00e4ll. Och eftersom jag skrivit om det h\u00e4r f\u00e5r jag inte ditcha! <\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken kommer inte vara n\u00e5dig i morgon.
