Bara f\u00f6r att man tillbringar ett par veckor i ett semesterparadis med god mat och kanske ett extra glas vin per kv\u00e4ll s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver det inte utesluta motion. Tv\u00e4rtom! [b]Tr\u00e4ning och fysiskt arbete ska inte betraktas som ett &quot;straff&quot; utan en bel\u00f6ning som man m\u00e5r bra av. Man frig\u00f6r endorfiner som g\u00f6r att man blir pigg och glad[\/b].
