F\u00f6r er som inte styrketr\u00e4nar; kan jag f\u00f6rklara att jag delar upp kroppens muskelgrupper p\u00e5 olika dagar f\u00f6r att orka ta ut varje enskilt muskelgrupp optimalt .[\/i]<br \/>\n[i]\u00a0Jag k\u00e4nner mig n\u00e5got unders\u00f6vd men det \u00e4r marsch pannkaka till gymmet! [b]Jag blir en s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre m\u00e4nniska f\u00f6r resten av dagen d\u00e5 jag tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 morgonen[\/b].
