Jag har ist\u00e4llet valt att skriva en blogg som jag sj\u00e4lv hade velat l\u00e4sa.<\/p>\n<p>Nu t\u00e4nkte jag i alla fall skriva om en \u00f6vning som jag brukar g\u00f6ra &#8211; squats. Fantastisk \u00f6vning som st\u00e4rker mage, rygg, l\u00e5r och lyfter rumpan. Jag tycker inte det \u00e4r vidare snyggt med platta rumpor, hellre lite st\u00f6rre och v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nade.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har ett knep &#8211; varje g\u00e5ng jag g\u00e5r p\u00e5 toaletten g\u00f6r jag 10 squats. Om jag dricker mycket blir det kanske 8-10 g\u00e5nger per dag, vilket inneb\u00e4r 80-100 squats! En annan metod, f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ihop sina dagliga squats, \u00e4r en Squat Challange.
