N\u00e4r gr\u00f6ten kokat upp blandar jag i frysta, eller f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r. I dag blev det hallon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sen str\u00f6r jag \u00f6ver hampafr\u00f6n och\/eller krossade linfr\u00f6n. Bra k\u00e4llor till Omega3. Och s\u00e5 till det protein i form av ett \u00e4gg, och ett kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med mosad avocado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Genom denna frukost f\u00e5r jag i mig b\u00e5de bra fetter, kolhydrater, protein och antioxidanter. Beh\u00f6ver all energi jag kan f\u00e5 efter en i princip s\u00f6mnl\u00f6s natt.
