Ibland ligger jag vaken under flera timmar och blir stressad \u00f6ver att jag snart ska g\u00e5 upp, vilket g\u00f6r det \u00e4nnu sv\u00e5rare att somna om. N\u00e4r jag sovit d\u00e5ligt k\u00e4nner jag mig alltid h\u00e4ngig, sjuk, hungrig och zombiefierad dagen efter. Jag k\u00e4nner mig yr, tung i huvudet och har sv\u00e5rt att fokusera. Som en ofrivillig bakfylla.<\/p>\n<p>I natt sov jag dock riktigt bra, det kan bero p\u00e5 den friska lantluften. Eller utmattning. Oavsett vilket s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag mig alldeles klar i hj\u00e4rnan i dag, och har redan f\u00e5tt massor gjort.
