Kolhydrater h\u00f6jer ju blodsockret snabbt (om de inte har l\u00e5gt GI) och g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r kroppen att varva ner.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e4ttre att \u00e4ta protein, till exempel \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra, om man blir hungrig p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen. Sen \u00e4r det viktigt att inte \u00e4ta f\u00f6r lite heller, det \u00e4r inte vidare kul att vakna upp mitt i natten och vara hungrig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Personligen s\u00e5 gillar jag inte alls att vara hungrig, blir l\u00e4tt grinig, svimf\u00e4rdig och vill \u00e4ta typ allt jag ser. Och detta bara 3-4 timmar efter senaste g\u00e5ngen jag \u00e5t, och d\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 en hel det. M\u00e4rklig det d\u00e4r, har v\u00e4l en extremt h\u00f6g f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning, eller n\u00e5t ..
