Jag g\u00e5r ofta all in, och sjunker sen ihop som en punkterad ballong, och borde verkligen l\u00e4ra mig att hantera min energi b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tror det \u00e4r viktigt att ta pauser, vila, s\u00e4nka kraven p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv. Den senaste tiden har jag insett att jag, som s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga andra, i viss m\u00e5n lider av &#8221;duktiga flickan-syndromet&#8221;. S\u00e5 mycket ska g\u00f6ras, hinnas med. F\u00f6r vems skull?<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r nog viktigt att st\u00e4lla sig den fr\u00e5gan &#8211; f\u00f6r vems skull? F\u00f6r vems skull vill jag leva mer h\u00e4lsosamt, kanske g\u00e5 ner ett par kilo, eller tajta till kroppen inf\u00f6r bikinis\u00e4songen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stanna upp och reflektera ibland s\u00e5 att du inte str\u00e4var efter n\u00e5gon annans m\u00e5l eller lever n\u00e5gon annans liv.
